Have you been to New Zealand yet?

I haven’t, so I’m really looking forward to this trip. Chan Brothers has launched an exclusive tour package- entirely different from the ones you can find in the market presently. It’s tailored for adventurous people like you and me. If you want to see more than sheep, sheep, sheep, you should probably get ready to sign up.

If it’s of some marketing value, you’ll be travelling with not one, but THREE award winning Radio DJs! Hahahaha. Right, you know what award I picked up. My fellow holidaymakers are Vernon A and Justin Ang aka THE MUTTONS from 987FM aka winners of Best Radio Show at the recently concluded Singapore Radio Awards.

Like I said, I’ve not been to NZ before, so I would have to lift information from Wikipedia.

The Auckland Sky Tower is 328 metres tall, making it the tallest free-standing structure in the Southern Hemisphere, and the 14th tallest member of the World Federation of Great Towers. Due to its shape and height, especially when compared to the next tallest buildings, it has become an iconic structure in Auckland’s skyline.

We’ll be spending a couple of nights in the hotel there. From what I read, there’s the obligatory observation deck for you to get a bird’s eye view of the city that has been named the 4th best place to live in the world. There’s a revolving restaurant where we’ll be having a seafood feast, and there’s a casino where you don’t have to pay $100 levies.

I don’t care if anyone call me names. I’m definitely NOT going to jump from the Sky Tower. No, I don’t want to experience free falling at 85km/h. Please go ahead, and I will cheer for you yeah? Hahaha.

每一次参加颁奖典礼之后，都会和这群朋友碰面。得奖的话，就是庆功宴－我埋单。没得奖，就是安慰宴－他们付账。谢谢他们这些日子的陪伴。

… getting a pair of oversized shoes and risk falling flat in my face on the biggest night in the Radio industry.

It’s the Singapore Radio Awards tomorrow. They want us to glam it up and this pair of shoes would be perfect for the occasion.

I haven’t been wearing any slip-ons since I broke my left foot three years ago. The only way I can squeeze the protruding screw into such shoes would be to get a pair that’s one size bigger. Right, I’ll be very careful and walk very slowly.

Before we parade into MediaCorp TV Theatre, I just want to thank you guys for the love and support- especially those of you who voted fervently last month. It’s not the first time we’re doing this, so I’m just going to enjoy the show from my front row seat and walk up the stage slowly if they do call out my name. Else, I’ll just slowly walk out of the auditorium at the end of the night and demand a recount of votes. Hahahahaha! No, I won’t do that. And you shouldn’t do that as well.

It’d be cool to get a pat on the back at an awards ceremony. But if they don’t pat me, I’m sure you guys will. And Most Popular or not, I’ll still be my mum’s favourite DJ. I’m safe.

幾個星期前發佈蕭敬騰活動消息，我叫了她們一聲“老蕭的女人”。

我當然知道她們的組織名稱是蕭幫，但我就愛給她們另一個稱號。

結果，她們就做了牌子去接機。

哈哈哈哈哈哈哈！

老蕭明晚在新加坡室內體育館開唱。一直到今天，還有些本地媒體代表很害怕訪問話不多的他。我昨天第一次訪他，還算OK吧。

下午有活動，兩小時後立刻衝回家。太恐怖了，在外頭站個三分種就已經滿頭大汗。

傍晚五點鐘吃了第一餐，十點又餓了。原想煮快熟面，但發現廚房甚麼都沒有。連個雞蛋都沒有，好淒涼。後來發現一罐鮑魚，那是D在過年前送的。呵呵，三更半夜吃鮑魚面也太誇張了吧。只好叫麥當勞。你不覺得一盒McWings賣$4.55很貴嗎？沒辦法，還要大杯裝可樂，謝謝。

等外賣的時候，剛好看到朋友在FB上載的照片。哦！原來他們兩個出門沒叫我。哦！原來是三個人！你可以想像我當時的感受嗎？一個人孤單、悲涼、寂寞地在家叫又貴又油膩的雞翅膀，結果發現朋友在外面大吃大喝！＊遠處傳來打雷聲

呃… … 其實，我不是太願意外出。坐在風扇前，甚麼都不做，“我就喜歡”。

這幾天… …

忙生病－ 上週末到新山工作，回來後馬上覺得不適。喉嚨痛，然後整個鼻腔覺得熱熱的。下來就開始猛咳。靠聲音吃飯的人，最怕也最討厭這種情況。喝蜂蜜、用鹽水漱口、再找咳嗽藥水。沒去看醫生，反正都一樣，終究需要幾天的時間才會康復。因為星期四和星期五已拿假，就不太好意思拿MC了。呵呵。

忙睡覺－ 連續三週，在星期四和星期五休息。原來我真的很會睡。本週最佳記錄：下午4點半一路睡到早上5點半。我真的是太了不起了。

忙工作－ 8號換班，大家都知道了。雖然班次依舊，名稱保留，還是會加入一些新的環節，也要做新的jingles。此外，還有一堆有的沒的，整個時間表都排得滿滿的。我不是一個很積極的人，從元旦至今，頻頻推掉工作。嗯，是少賺了一點錢。四位數，可是沒辦法。

忙找（多幾個）鬧鐘－ 8號開始，《就是萬人迷》將正式延長一小時。好可怕。從98年《醉心早晨》的年代，933早班都從7點開始。這次的調整，不是因為管理層要刻薄我們（哈哈！），也不是要針對甚麼競爭對手（我們還是收聽率第一的早班，謝謝）。純粹是因為早上6－7點之間，真的有很多人在聽。上學的小朋友、送小朋友上學的家長、上班前去健身房的… … 反正很多人就是了。（扣掉那些必須上課的同學不說，怎麼還有那麼多其他的人那麼早起？！6點是睡覺的時間，做甚麼運動啊？！哈哈哈哈）。好吧，秉持服務大家的宗旨（＊咳），《就是萬人迷》6點開播！

忙計算(1)－ 主持早班已經6年半了。哇。破了君偉哥哥和麗儀姊姊的記錄。嗯，quality比不上人家，就要比quantity。哈哈。我會加油。我會用盡一切手段迫使自己準時開麥。”IT’S FRIDAY“ 從此將更鏗鏘有力！

忙計算(2)－ 那我到底要幾點起來？鬧鐘到底調至幾點？我還可以賴床多久？＊頭暈＋腿軟
