Angel Teo
Lush 99.5FM
The Lush Life
Weekdays, 12pm – 3pm
Angelique Nicolette Teo, or Angel as she is more affectionately known, came into the limelight after winning the inaugural New Paper New Face Competition in 1993. Seven great years of modelling followed before she moved on to television hosting. Her versatility has seen her fronting everything from kids’ shows to travel programs and even had the opportunity of hosting a daily sports program, including the 21st SEA Games in Kuala Lumpur. More recently, she was seen on Channel NewsAsia, as the presenter of Business Class, a travel program filmed across the Asia Pacific region.
Angel started with radio on Gold 90.5FM in 2005 and still does part-time work with the station. Angel can now be heard on weekdays, from 5pm to 8pm, on Lush 99.5FM where she talks about travel destinations, gives tips on the latest in fashion and also recommendations on where to dine, wine and party on the weekends. In between all that, she is also a much sought-after emcee on the events’ scene.
