		<description>Hi Sheeying

Good morning

In overall you are right
is employees&#039; market in the year
of Tiger

But i believe that, a lot of employers are
still in pain and struggling for
fresh air, even a many of them are breathless . . .
i think so, especially we the SME&#039;s companies

The key factor@Operational costs keep going up . . .
years ago have a good profit margin, soon left
only lean, now haha ha left bone and cell ?

Sheeying,
i just want to listen from your
point of views, to share with us
How to overcome such a touchcy issue ?
For exchange of ideas only

My opinion is to increase our
productivity, that&#039;s cant go without it
But sheeying, You know the Singaporeans are very
logical yet practical
Work and leisure, five-day working week

Try to do away with the foreign workers
is not a bad move in the long run for Singapore
Keep the jobs mainly for our Singaporeans
and the PRs
Unless the domestic, shipyards and
construction workers

Upgrading, keep learning and re-training are an
essential to all of us

Have a nice day

Kind Regards
