    Hi Jiafa
    The guava you mentioned is a common snack in Thailand. It has been soaked in sour prune (sng buay) water and that is why it is so sweet. Another version you should try is with the skin on, and it’s yellowish in color, similar to those pickled mangoes and definitely tastier, not so sweet. There is also a pink version of the above, which I have not tried.
