Skoda Roomster 1.6L

• Prize excludes COE, insurance, road tax, number plate, IU unit, registration fee etc.
• The car is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash unless otherwise provided herein.
• The car must be registered in the winner’s name within 6 weeks from 5 April 2010 onwards.
• The winner shall not sell the car to anyone or advertise the sale of the car until duly registered in the winner’s name.
• The color of the car may defer from the color published on promotional materials and is supplied as per dealer’s specifications. No modification requests will be entertained.
• The winner shall provide the necessary COE and other documents for registering the car and bear all costs involved for COE, insurance, road tax, number plate, IU unit, registration fees etc.
• Any special request is subject to the approval of Harvest Automobiles Pte Ltd at its sole discretion and the decision is final.
• Notwithstanding any provision herein, Harvest Automobiles Pte Ltd may at its sole discretion offer to buy back the car from the winner at a price agreed upon by both parties.

• Travel is valid for 6 months between 19 April to 30 September 2010, subject to seat/room availability and final confirmation. Strictly no extension is allowed and bookings must be made at least 2 weeks prior to travel.
• Winner must travel together with his/her nominated guests, on a twin-sharing basis in a 2-bedroom apartment.
• Prize is not exchangeable for cash or in kind, in part or in full.
• Prize is not transferable.
• All applicable taxes, surcharges, visa fees, insurance and incidentals incurred by the winner and his/her nominated guests are the responsibility of the individual prize winner and his/her nominated guests.
• Winner agrees not to hold Chan Brothers Travel liable for any claim arising from the prize.
• Winner agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of hotels/airlines and any other third-party suppliers.
• Both winner’s identity card and original prize letter must be presented upon reservation for verification and there is no replacement for loss of prize letter.
