  • No Denise, I don’t think it is overated but may be over promoted by advertisers. Improve your posture, by answering the phone whilst standing. If standing against a wall, push your shoulders and buttocks into the wall, then aim to eliminate any gaps, by pushing the lower back into the wall. Hold for 20 seconds, and then carry on a normal conversation. Avoid breathing heavily during the exercise.

    MAKAN KAKIS
The winning recommendation: D best claypot rice is right smack in Chinatown along Smith st. Right atop d CK dept store n wet mkt. Their oyster sauce marinated chicken is very tender n d small portion of salted fish is not too salty. They serve small pots for 1 person at 5, which is very convenient if dining alone. They also hav wide choice of double-boiled soup n oyster sauce vegetable to go along. Each pot comes with fluffy rice n a thin layer of burnt rice at d bottom, fr those who like it burnt. Having tried Geylang, Clementi, Queenstown, etc, dis is d best. Waiting time is 20 mins. There r 2 stalls, dis is d corner stall. Easy to find, d 2 younger sisters r pretty. *wink . . Now d tough part. If u announce d address on air, d queue gonna b longer, but good things muz share rite, So here it is . .
