This week, we sniff out the bestest, most bagus Mee Siam in town. Where do you go for your sweet & sour fix?

  • My favorite MeeSiam is @ Lion City Hotel’s Coffee Hse. It’s the Nonya version. Bee hoon’s textureis QQ n the aromatic onion flavoured gravy has the tangy n the right mixture of sweet n sourish taste with the good garnishing of prawn, egg n ku chai. Sender – Wendy

  • Best Indian Mee Siam is at blk 261 waterloo st centre. Not too sweet with tender soft mee hoon. The accompanying sambal is aromatically sweet wit the slightest hint of lime. See you there after your shift? Humphrey

    This is the very unique Indian Muslim Mee Siam, bright orange w Tau Cheo, Candlenuts and grago.Near SJI any old boy should remember. Everytime I go I have an overwhelming sense of nostalgia!
