  • The Depot Rd laksa moved to Alexandra Village hawker ctr many yrs; it’s along the side facing the back of the DBS bank. BTW, the claypot laksa stall at Food Republic@VivoCity is just as good, but more expensive. Enjoy! Yummy King
  • Depot rd laksa shifted to depot mall 2nd floor.
  • Alex Village is the real deal, ‘cos they appeared just after the Depot Rd one closed. Also, they have all the reviews pasted at their stall. The owner’s children r running the show, maybe they’ve opened at Depot Mall? I’ve not chked Depot Mall. Yummy King

  • Try going 2 Blk 128 Bedok North St 2 coffee shop n try d laksa there. D stall is called Katong Laksa, d original laksa since 1950 (also known as p Marine Parade laksa). There r many stalls claiming 2 b authentic but dis 1 will blow ur head off. D gravy is simply yummy n very lemak n d chilly is damn shiok. Bring tissue papers or a towel along. If not u will regret Frederick Cham
  • stall at hong lim food ctr 1st flr. Its a chicken curry laksa. Not thick but moderate curry that comes with easy chewed chicken meat, sliced pork skin, soft taopok n all can dipped into the sweet n spicy chillies. The taste that no words in the dictionary can describe. I hv patronise the stall since 1982. No change in taste, ingredients n quantity n the way the stall owner prepare the food. I’m karen.
