I placed an order for a set of bikini from Victoria Secrets 3 months ago, and I have yet to receive the full set, thus triggering off the chain of emails below.

Email 1:

To whom it may concern (someone of manager or higher post),

I understand that you had confirmed that this item had been shipped, but
I have yet to receive it. Its been 3 months now Since I have made the
order in the first place which was promised to be sent over within 3
weeks so I do not understand why your service is 3 months behind
real-time . The items was meant as a birthday gift and 10 other
birthdays have crept by since then, even mine is arriving soon. Now it was
confirmed to me that the ruffled cover-up skirt will sent by 5th Mar
2010, FYI I have rolled out the red carpet 10 days ago awaiting its
grand arrival but to date am still waiting for it to arrive. So on top
of the 2nd item, I will be expecting Order #259590114 on the 15th Mar
2010 as you stated in your confirmation email.

Hi Jennifer,

I’m afraid there must be some misunderstanding. You mentioned that my swimsuit top was returned undeliverable. Which could only mean 2 possibilities, 1 being you must have gotten my address wrong which will be an oversight on your side, the other being your delivery man must have lost his way, which will again be an oversight from your side as I am very sure I have not shifted house since 3 months ago when I placed the order. But I am pretty sure that both possibilities had not taken place as from the experience of previous 2 orders, I would receive a confirmation email as below, which I’m extremely certain that I received no e-mails of such information from Victoria Secrets except for irrelevant emails such as “Sale into Summer & save on bra tops and daily tees” and “Introducing IPEX: The world’s most advance bra”.

I sincerely request that you restore my confidence in online shopping, especially Victoria Secrets, by sorting out my order as it is not possible to wear a bikini bottom, with a ruffled skirt and go topless. That is unacceptable behavior here in Asia. So please do send over my bikini top ASAP as mentioned in my previous email, I have missed 10 birthdays since I placed the order, and I would like to not go topless on my birthday party.

Please do see to it that I receive my bikini TOP at TOP speed. Your help is appreciated.
